These Terms govern your use of Luma ("Luma", "we", "us"), available at lumaip.com. By subscribing to or using Luma, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Luma is a subscription and activation service. It provides you with access and an activation code that you use in a separate, independent media player called Strova. Luma and Strova are distinct services: Luma provides your subscription and activation; Strova provides the media-player application and playback. Luma does not itself host or transmit media content.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials and activation code secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your country.
After purchase you receive an activation code (by email and in your account). You activate it once in the Strova player to connect your access. Codes are for a single activation and should not be shared or resold except where explicitly permitted (e.g. a gift code you purchased for someone else).
Because Luma delivers a digital service that begins immediately, you agree that provision starts as soon as you receive your activation code. Where required by law (including the EU/EEA right of withdrawal), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not yet activated or substantially used the service. Once a code is activated, the service is considered supplied. Contact [email protected] for any refund request; we handle these fairly and in line with your statutory rights.
You agree not to misuse the service: no reselling access without authorisation, no attempting to circumvent activation or billing, no automated abuse, and no use that is unlawful in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party providers (including the Strova player and network providers) may affect availability. Planned or emergency maintenance may occur.
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including your statutory consumer rights). Otherwise, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Luma in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
